In the unfortunate event that you have any issues with products bought through GenXsports, please let us know as soon as possible via the Contact Form on our website.
GenXsports will accept returns if we have physically received the items back at the GenXsports store within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Should there be a fault with any products purchased through GenXsports, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We can also assist in following any manufacturer’s warrantee process if this is necessary.
In terms of getting returns back to GenXsports, you can either pop into the shop with the item you wish to return, or return it to our store address. Please keep proof of postage as we will need this to refund your postage cost once the item has been received back at the store.
GenXsports uses a variety of couriers and we will hand pick the courier that is most suitable to fulfil your order.
If you ever want to track an order from GenXsports, let us know and we will forward on the tracking details.
All Items will be sent 2nd class when Flat Rate shipping is selected t checkout. Should you require an item urgently, we can do our best to speed up the process – please contact us to request an alternative shipping class and we will tailor the shipping to your requirements.
